Every wedding is unique and every couple’s needs are different. We seek to personalize and customize each wedding to reflect these individualized needs; therefore there are no pre-set prices for our services. Our fees will be determined based on the level of involvement that you desire.

FULL COORDINATION

From “Will you?” to “I do” – we will assist in any aspect of your planning, from vendor and venue selections to dress and accessories, invitations, favors and more. From the planning to send off our staff will go out of their way to ensure you have the day of your dreams. Allow us to handle all the details and cares of the day so you don’t have to.... you can simply relish in the moments of your special day.

Day of Coordination

A wedding is a once in a lifetime event that should be enjoyed by every guest - Especially the Bride and Groom! After every detail has been planned, relax and allow our staff to ensure all the wedding day details happen just as they have been planned and envisioned.

Your personal wedding day coordinator will meet with you 1-2 weeks before your event to review each aspect of your wedding including the development of a wedding day itinerary. The day of your wedding we will personally manage every detail- from set up to break down and everything in-between. Our goal is for your event to run smoothly achieving total event enjoyment from every guest to the Bride and Groom.

Week of Coordination

This pacakge includes "Day of Cordination" along with re-confirming with all vendors the week of your event. In addition we will also attend and organize your ceremony rehearsal.
